I would have to say that the most important product or gadget that I own today is my iPhone. As fun and game oriented as the iPhone can be, it is more of a tool and source of information for me. When I travel through states and cities that I am not familiar with, I use iPhone applications to guide me through the streets and highways. I have never gotten lost, nor have I been lead in the wrong direction using it. I use it to keep track of my daily workout routine, search the internet and look for recipes when I’m wondering what to make for dinner. There is so many applications available for the iPhone that any user can customize the phone to his needs. This really applies to all versions of the iPhone. Of course, newer versions can generally do more and have upgrades, but the applications have always been the deal-breaker for me.
Another great feature that I use is the iPhone to iPhone direct chatting. With this chatting service, I can communicate with my friends and family free. This cuts down my monthly phone bill by about 50 percent. So, not only do I find my iPhone to help me through my daily routine, but it saves me money.
I would say that 90 percent of my day is organized and entered in some way in my iPhone. I have found this to be the same for my friends who own an iPhone. So I often ponder, am I too attached to my iPhone? Could I live as well without it? I hope I don’t have to find out!
